Another great experience at my appointment. Dr. Covington is great and spends time with his patients explaining procedure as well as answering any questions you may have. His scheduler Ms. Vanessa is so very helpful and a sweetheart. They will make sure things get done .

Dr. Covington is a jewel! He has been more than kind, as well as his assistants and front staff. I am sad to report that the person that applied my arm brace (Benny) lacked compassionate care and professionalism. He definitely did not leave a good impression on me as he was cutting off the excess of each strap on my arm brace, and tossing them on the floor with a very bad attitude. He made me feel like it was a nuisance to help me with the brace. His attitude was not acceptable at all. Everyone else was great, and for that, I am truly appreciative!

Dr Coventon and his whole staff are just great! He has one helper there that is just above everything I’ve seen! His name is Benny.. this young man is a great asset to his staff!!!

Waited in the waiting room a little longer than I like, but once in the back. The doctor and his staff were amazing. I high recommend them if you are having any knee pain.

Dr. Covington is a great doctor with a great office staff. He listens to your questions and takes times to answer you without making you feel “rushed out the door”… I highly recommend!

Dr Covington is an excellent Doctor. He very clearly explains your injury and points it out on a computer screen in the exam room. Also a very nice and genuine person. He staff is very helpful and really nice as well. Customer care here is 5 star!!
